A traditional English breakfast, including Ludlow Butchers’ home cured bacon, pork sausages and black pudding, local free range eggs (scrambled, poached or fried), mushrooms, and tomatoes
Scrambled eggs and locally smoked organic salmon, with toast
Eggs Benedict – poached free range egg, with crispy bacon and Hollandaise sauce on a buttered muffin
Traditional English pancake served with lemon and sugar, or maple syrup (with bacon?)
‘Eggy Bread’ topped with fried mushrooms (and bacon if you’d like!)
We will happily cook any combination to suit a vegetarian!
