A traditional English breakfast, including Griffiths of Leintwardine home cured bacon, pork sausages and black pudding, local free range eggs (scrambled, poached or fried), mushrooms, and tomatoes
Scrambled eggs and locally smoked organic salmon, with toast
Eggs Benedict – poached free range egg, with crispy bacon and Hollandaise sauce on a buttered muffin
Traditional English pancake served with lemon and sugar, or bananas and maple syrup
‘Eggy Bread’ topped with fried mushrooms

A choice of Swifts Bakery wholemeal or white toast, croissant, or cinnamon toast, served with local preserves
