Eggs Benedict – poached free range egg, with crispy bacon and Hollandaise sauce on a buttered muffin

Traditional English pancake served with lemon and sugar, or maple syrup (with bacon?)

‘Eggy Bread’ topped with fried mushrooms


A choice of Swifts Bakery wholemeal or white toast, croissant, or cinnamon toast, served with local preserves
