book a stay at Abbots Lodge B and B or make an
enquiry about staying. We may also collect information
about you when you voluntarily provide feedback
or participate in 3rd party competitions in which
a stay at Abbots Lodge B and B is a prize. Anonymous

How will we use the information about you?

booking. This information is collected via
holiday.booking-system.net, which provides the online
booking service, and whose privacy policy can

After you pay to stay at Abbots Lodge B and B we
will keep information about you and the transaction
for 7 years, to satisfy the requirements of HM Revenue
and Customs, after which it will be permanently
deleted. This information will not be used for marketing
purposes unless you have agreed for this to
happen.
If you agree, for marketing purposes, we will retain
information about you for a maximum of 7 years. At
any point during this period, you may request that
we delete the information we hold about you, or
that the period is extended.
